My Background

I'm a licensed mental health professional, and for over 16 years I've had a front-row seat to what ADHD really looks like in real life.

Again and again, I watched parents do everything they were told to do.

And still...they were overwhelmed, frustrated, and quietly wondering what they were missing.

Each professional offered a piece of the puzzle. All of it well-intentioned. All of it technically "right."
